How are digital files delivered?
After your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your files.
You can save your digital PDF files to your phone, tablet, or computer. You will not receive a physical product from Rescue Dogs 101.
Can I print the files?
Yes. Most PDFs are designed so you can use them digitally or print them at home.
Please note that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and printer to printer.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat?
No, but you’ll get the best experience and most flexibility by using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. It’s free to download to your phone, tablet, or computer.
Are the digital PDF files accessibility-friendly?
Our files are designed with accessibility best practices in mind whenever possible, including clean layouts, readable formatting, and fillable PDF features where applicable.
Are these products for personal use only?
Yes. All products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated in the product description.
You may not resell, share, trade, give away, or redistribute the files in any way, either in whole or in part. By purchasing and downloading these files, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies of our shop.
Why did a button take me to another website?
Some Rescue Dogs 101 courses, programs, and coaching offers are hosted outside of Shopify. If you click on one of those offers, you may be taken to Rescue Dogs 101, Dog Wellness Journey, or a secure checkout page to learn more or complete your purchase.
What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
